Making a booking

All price include taxes and fees.

This depends on the hotel and the room type. You can see if it is included by checking the text just below the room name.

The price we show is per room, NOT per person, unless otherwise stated in the room type and description. It is important that you input the correct number of guests associated with this booking as rates may change based on occupancy. In some instances, a property limits the number of guests per room. To avoid additional charges when you check in, the number of guests must be accurate.

Most properties allow children to stay in the room with parents either with or without an extra bed. The normal property policy is not to charge for children if they are under 12 years of age. Some properties will limit occupancy of a room to two adults and one child. Only a few properties will have existing bedding for additional children, so an extra bed is usually required. Most properties will charge for this extra bed. Usually properties will provide breakfast when there is a charge for an extra bed. However, this is dependent on each property's policies and procedures. A baby cot may be provided free of charge, by some properties, for children under the age of 2.

Payments and refunds

Pre-authorizing a credit card puts a temporary hold on some of a customers funds. The hold lasts approximately 7-14 days. The customer cant withdraw the money from an ATM or spend the money elsewhere while the hold is in place. However, no money is actually debited when a card pre-authorization takes place. When it comes time for the customer to pay, the funds on hold can then be (captured), that is, converted to a charge. Pre-authorization is often used in hotel scenarios. This guarantees that there are funds available to pay. Upon check-out, these funds are converted to a charge. If the customer wishes to pay using another card, or a different payment method, the pre-authorization can be cancelled and the hold on funds cleared within a number of days.

After pre-authorizing your card, the money will be debited only after confirming your booking. Confirmation of booking will take from 30 minutes to several hours on weekdays and up to 36 hours if the reservation is made on weekends. uses a secure connection for your booking.
